It says you can customize your music?
Will you be able to take music from your computer in MP3 format and be able to listen to it while playing the game?

Yea mute the game music and run winamp in background, but keep SFX on

To be honest I do that while playing Pacman Championship Edition (PSP) to play with DX music as background xD

No, it only says that this DLC will include 2 new BGMs, Pac Steps and Re-Entrance (mixed version of the main menu music).
The customization it's just about the models in-game (Rally, Dig Dug and the new Pacman game).
