Would I be aloud to upload the individual sountracks of this game to Youtube if I give proper credit? I only want to upload them just because of the lack of a OST for the DLC packages.

Those DLC songs, both 5 and 10 minute version, are already uploaded and up, just search "bgm pac-steps youtube", "bgm re-entrance youtube", as well as Dig-Dug and Rally-X's...

I could not find Rally-X but I did fing one with the SFX playing so it was, meh

Best you can do is snag it, the audio out of the game, patch it to a picture of what the game is, with a short description, i.e. I take no credit for the score.... blah blah blah, you get the ghist. Throw it out on YouTube and all they can really do is complain to YouTube and they will pull it down. You own the game, as I do, so therefore my idea and though on the subject is that as long as you're not trying to take credit for what it is they shouldn't have a thing to gripe about.

My idea was to upload the song with some fancy Pac-Man visuals, putting a link to the website, steam page, and itunes page (exept for DLC) aswell as a disclaimer that I do not own any of the content in the video.

Try it. The worst they can do is send a C&D to Youtube, and they'll take it down.
