I'm loving the new graphics! Very clear and readable now!
The after battle damage summary on each tower is fantastic!
Are the new nodes in the skill tree saying they need a 'quest' active or is that for future builds? (n/m...I found where they are activated)

Thanks for all the attention (and patience) in making these new changes! Greatly appreciated and definitely on the right track! :steamhappy:

Add a bug here as well. Seems the Archer towers are getting WAY more damage than they should have. I posted two screenies on Steam labelled "Veteran1" and "Veteran2". Note the damage output of the archer tower. That tower had no items added to it. Just to prove the point, I stopped upgrading all the towers at T3. The unused gold was gathered from wave 13/16 by stopping ALL upgrades.

I have another proof of what I am saying posted in Steam as "Proof 2-1 and Proof 2-2". This is World on Fire - Fissured Desert. Only the Patron was upgraded to T4 as a range increase. I stopped upgrading all towers at wave 11/16. Note the gold in the bank.

This time, it was the Poison Tower that wailed on everything. Very few mobs made it across the bridge, including the final boss. Something's amiss in damages.

Also note, any previous items that were in storage did not change with the update to match the newer version(s). Their quality changed to Masterwork level 0 and when I tried to upgrade them using the newest system, it lowered their quality to flawed or poor no matter what item I placed in the right slot including another Masterwork.

hm very strange..

Yes, thats because the previous items didnt have a quality value saved, just the quality label basically. I think i just made all items with quality 0 to quality 50 when reforing. and for the item enhancer it probably is 0 atm. But i know a way to fix it, update coming soon.

Just as an aside on the damage front, I completed World on Fire on Veteran mode and just for fun, I upgraded the fire to level 10 on one map. I think there was nearly every add you could have on the mobs side and with just one frost tower, one poison tower and 6 archer towers, I cleared that level with no problems whatsoever. Every mob was eliminated and none made it off the map all thanks to the archer towers.

I was watching what was happening when the archer towers were being upgraded to T3 and it looked like the damage was being multiplicative and some of that was due to item enhancements. They started at the base damage that they usually have, but item enhancements on themselves and from other towers in the range of 5 were punching them up astronomically and further upgrades to the tower were out of control damage boosts. Just figured I'd add that tidbit of info and hopefully help pinpoint what was happening.

Thanks for the info, thats helpful when i try to replicate it later.
so the issue was just with the archer towers, and only when they are T3?
You had items equipped which were enhanced with the item enhancer?
In your initial post, the archer towers had no items on it. But surrounding towers?
Enhanced items being the problem would make sense, because besides that i did not change too much to the game mechanics.

Does it also happen when you dont equip items?
Unfortunately I cant replicate the issue .. Also not with enhanced items.

hmmm...I'll have a go at that on a couple different maps and I'll keep track of exactly what items I am/was using. I'll also run it w/o item enhancements as you directed and check that as well.

I'll try and post some SS's so you can see exactly what's happening at any given stage or map.

I went into the game to try and do what I said and now the three games I had running with appropriate difficulty level as the name are now all labeled as "Champion". Possible corruption on the saves? Maybe that was causing the problem if the save files are corrupted.

oke thanks, i appreciate it. I made almost the same build than in one of your screenshots but i cant finish the map, it would be over at around wave 13. Also the damage numbers look very similar to yours. Very strange ..
My best guess at the moment that its some item of yours.
Skillwise, which specializations did you unlock?
