simpleton's/skeptic's spice any downsides?
I have compiled a good amount of simpletons spice and skeptics spice and im thinking of using them on miracle's for heals, im level 100+ and much of my stats are in adaptability vigor dex and strength,

im curently missing 3 faith inorder to use heal but doe's the skeptics spice reduce the heal amount or just the requirment to use the miracle?

You don't meet normal requirements = lower dmg/healing/duration time.

Uh, yeah it does. Lower stats = Lower scaling = Lower damage, cast speed, etc
Technically it doesn't lower the strength of the spell. You just have less stats for the spell to scale off since you're unlocking it earlier than without spice. That should not be confused with spice 'nerfing' the spell - which isn't what does. It'll still increase in power as your stats go up.
