Iron Keep is hell for a caster.
I'm soul lvl 75 and I mainly use socereies and the allone knight are completly resistent to magic. Is there somewhere else I should go first??

Dark Iron keep, imo of course, has the hardest area, but the easiest bosses.

Just kite if you're magic, if you can't do that then farm some souls, get the STR attribute up and buy a claymore from the head only guy.
You could start using weapons. It's not like they'll stop being resistant to magic later, and the bosses for sure won't be taken down purely by sorcery. There are weapons that scale better for casters, and there are some that have very nice base values that don't need str or dex for good scaling.

upgrade your weapon, and you can summon lucatiel for the optional big demon with big sword.

I believe iron keep was a pain for everyone.

The knights should only take 2-3 great heavies to kill each. You should have a melee to save some casts.

Iron Keep is easy for those with stone ring + powerstanced dual caestus.

Stun lock for DAYS.

I farmed some souls and lvled up strength so I can use a mace and then I upgraded it to +5, I didn't know the smelter demon was optional though?

Iron keep used to be my Fav Farmig area before they nerfed Lightning spears.

GLS could 1 shot most stuff.

Which i'm sure people never use the first playthrough. And which i'm sure doesn't work on Smelter Demon and you will keep re-running the whole area again and again.

Are we playing the same game? Iron Keep is so easy as a caster it's not even fair.

Dark orb wrecks the knights. Great soul arrow for the annoying archer near the dull ember. Soul spear/affinity/dark orb on the smelter boss (you did summon luca right?).

Second to the third bonfire, jst use affinity or homing soul mass on the turtle guys in the tight hallways. Can easily pew the bow knights, or hit the plates to drop them into the lava - something I rarely see hosts do.

Old Iron King is a joke for magic users. Stand in the safe spot and dodge all his attacks, when he submerges, run over to where he was and wait for him to pop up in the same spot, abuse and repeat.

use hexes on them
Use a weapon. I'm not even sure what pure sorcs get out of this game. You're not doing anything except spamming mouse 2. Dark Souls can be so much more than that.

Not all sorcerers are created equal. Some of us like using spears, swords, and clubs to save on limited spells.

But the Iron Keep is easy as s**t, especially as a caster... provided your Agility is 100-110.

I was going for a pure socerer build but now I've started adapting to what is needed in different locations and using miracles, hexes, and physical damage to defeat enemies.
