It's a little disappointing that there's no reverse grip style for daggers.
The Manikin enemies wield them in reverse grip (also called icepick grip) and it makes them look really cool with it. Players just hold it like it was a regular sword, which is just a little... visually unimpressive. Power stance just looks silly with daggers too. Maybe it would have been too hard to animate an attack for the reverse grip style, or maybe nobody thought it was cool for players to have that kind of grip, but the Manikins look way cooler than any dagger-wielding player character.

Same thing goes for the shadow set. The shadowmen look freaking ace with it, while the players look like awkward penguins.
Yeah, that brings up another question. Why are enemy move sets so much cooler than anything players have?
Don't the power stance attacks use reverse grip? I remember the character flips the daggers after attacking.

No, just a regular sword stance.
Just checked. Power stance L1 attack does reverse grip for both hands. L2 does reverse grip for right hand only.

Which daggers are you using? I've used Dagger, Manikin Dagger, Bandit's Knife, and Thief Dagger. The idle stance still has them hold the dagger like a sword and the attacks don't use reverse grip.

Alright, the attacks check out (didn't know power stance was holding triangle with dual wield on). Sadly the actual idle animation is still holding them like regular swords.
