Can I rejoin a covenant?

Hello,

I am at the bellkeepers covenant for some time now and want to switch to another covenant for some time. Can I rejoin the bellkeepers later or have I to rank up befor changing to another group?

You can rejoin whenever.

You can change your covenants at any time without any restrictions. Even your rank in an abandoned covenant will save, and you will regain it once you join back.

There is zero consequence for abandoning covenants in DS2.

I think the one only change ever is that the Brotherhood leader is sort of angry when you return to re-join but after that he is friendly again as if you had never left the covenant.

if you are scared about abandoning a covenant, go to the Alvina the Cat in Majula.
She offers to remove your covenant for free.
Then you go to the covenant you desire.
