DS2 target problems

Hello,
Since last patch sometimes the target would just switch to another for no apparent reason! This is infuriating when in some tight pvp envirement like 1v3 or when you have to fight off an invader while NPCs are around. I'm playing on keyboard and mouse if that matters.
Anyone knows how to fix that?

I have issues with targeting sometimes but not having it randomly switch before dropping an enemy. Sometimes when first engaging a group it'll lock onto a target not in line of sight due to proximity which is ridiculously annoying but its infrequent. This is a persistent problem in all 3 souls games and will probably never be fixed in DKS2 either. I generally try not to target lock until I'm right on top of an enemy or nothing else is around to prevent it

How is using the mouse and keyboard working for you? I'd recommend a controller for this game but I'm curious if you're having much luck. I tried using that set up briefly when I first got DKS1 and then promptly went to radioshack for an xbox controller

I like it. Sure, it gets a little getting used to and some fine-tuning but I find it convenient. One problem is some moves are harder to perform it seems. Guard break and jump attack are the hardest by far because you have to stop and then press the combo. It is manageble but still worth mentioning.
