Lost Bonfires

I have purchased the DLC for Dark Souls 2, and since logging in to play I have noticed that a large portion of my fast travel bonfires are missing. I have completed the game 100% before the DLC, and I am confused as to why after installing the DLC I am no longer able to fast travel to certain locations. Any help/ideas?

you're sure you're not mistaking the new dlc locations (that you haven't unlocked yet) with other areas and bonfires you've already visited?

Cathedal of Blue, Belfry Luna, Undead purgatory, Belfry Sol, Grave of Saints, Drangleic Castle, Shrine of Amana, Undead Crypt, Aldias Keep, Dragon Aerie, Dragon Shrine.


So I am missing quite a few, these options simple arent available from any bonfire I go too. When I sit down and go to 'Travel' the 'boxes' directing me to different locations, these have vanished even though I have been there. As I said in my play-through I am 100% and in NG+ 4

I just reinstalled the game, that seemed to work. Not sure what happened there, random. Sorry guys!
