How to kill Alsanna?
hey guys i read here(http://darksouls2.wiki.fextralife.com/Soul+of+Alsanna%2C+Silent+Oracle)

that you can kill her to receive her soul but i cant even reach her due ice blocking the stairs.
how to get rid of this ice?
i already killed the king and freed 4 knights

you have to farm 50 loyce souls from those knights in the onld chaos and then talk to her

she will just hand it over?

point of killing her is if you don't wanna farm the 50 souls
