Issue about Agdayne, the grave warden

Hi, i was playing today and in the place where is Agdayne, the grave warden I was with the torch on, so.. he attack me and I've had kill him. Now I'm worried, maybe he had a good set or maybe he is helpfull in the future. Can I fix this problem?

He had a good set, you'll just have to buy it from the merchant in Majula now.

He warned you, buddy. He helps you with boss, talks some lore, has a shop and gives you his set.

You can use his grave stone and buy the set from the old hag I guess.

On top of it, right before you reach him, you still have a little chance as he yells "UNDEAD DO NOT PRODUCE LIGHT." So it's your own fault. There's really no point in killing him ever. Unlike Luca who you can get decent stuff from for killing, killing him is pointless because you get everything from him pretty easily without a quest.

Also IIRC you can just run towards the exit of the room with your torch and he won't care, as long as you don't climb the stairs to stuff it in his face.

well that's not true, in the floor there were messages true, but some of them says use the torch. And I road also when he said "undead do not produce light" so I switched off the light and when I went upstais he was pointing me with the sword. I know its completly my fault, its my first game in dark souls and I am so dissapointed now :(

this npc is trash vs this boss to be honest, he is using dark weapon vs dark resist boss, this npc is troll from fromsoft
