I can't equip crystal soul spear?

For from reason I could not equip crystal soul spear from my attunement spells.

I have much higher intellegence to use it when i have 58 intellegence.

Do I have to start the game as a pure socercer to use it?

crystal soul spear needs 2 slots

Spells have slot requirements too, if i recall CSS needs 2 slots, all (that i know of) the high cost spells need more than 1 slot
