Anyone know where I can get the pursuer's armor set
Please comment if I can buy from one of the NPC, or I can't get it.

Not avaliable for players unfortunately, closest thing would be using elite knight helmet and the Knight chest armor combined with Faraam Gloves and elite knight legs. Combined with the Sword and Shield and you got yourself a look alike set.

almost good but i would suggest Alva helm over elite knight helm and Cale pants it really look like the pursuer s pants

The closer you'll get is the Steel Set (from one of the giants memories) with Elite Knight Helmet.

It gets real close then.

Edit: of course don't forget the Red Eye Ring!

Alva Helm looks nowhere closer than the Elite Knight Helm to look like Pursuer and I would suggest Havel Leggings over Cale's because the armor parts on the leggings.

Red Eye Ring is useless. It covers the whole head rather than just eyes. So it doesn't give the looks of Pursuer.
