How to enter power stance?

I'm trying to figure out how to do the power stance. Im using a scimitar and a short sword my dex is 22 str is 11. But I still dont know how to enter power stance

you know the button to two hand a weapon? instead of tapping it, hold it

I did but instead of entering power stance it just 2 hands the left weapon

your dex isn't high enough.

shortsword requirements: 7 str, 10 dex
scimitar requirements: 7 str, 16 dex

powerstance requirements: base requirements * 1.5, where base requirements only looks at strength and dex and looks at the highest requirements between each weapon

for example: if i want to powerstance a weapon that requires 10 str and 5 dex with a weapon that requires 5 str and 10 dex, i will need 15 in str and dex (10 str * 1.5 = 15 str, 10 dex * 1.5 = 15 dex)

Then you don't meet the requirements.
