DARK SOULS™ II

Statistiche:
Lud and Zallen weakness
First off ♥♥♥♥ frigid outskirts. I'll get right to the point. What did you guys find to be the best way of fighting the twin tigers and what elements and attack types are they weak to?

I just did it with 1 summoned player. All you gotta do is go under them by rolling or hang on there left or right side and the attacks will never hit you
Easiest way of doing this fight is to summon one player and one NPC (here to tank like a boss). Just use magic if you have it, roll when they jump attack or double combo, heal as much as possible (always be full life), stay behind them as much as you can when they use magic. Very empiric fight and low chance of a bad RNG. If you do it alone in NG+7 like a true warrior, just be patient and do not overreacte.

They have no weakness, they are meant to be a test to ban people that hack to beat a boss.
I did them pretty much right after I wrote this. Lightning is ok but the best way to fight them is get one to enrage, kill the other and let your summons die. The few moments you get when they jump back to do something like charge or put a soulmass up should be enough to heal quite a bit. After they stop enraging they should be at exactly half health. At that point, rolling required ahead. I found sheilds not to work so well but try ranged attacks when they jump back. Really the hardest part was getting to them. As far as soloing them. I'm not quite sure. I was unlucky enough that the second one jumped in when I had only gotten the first to about 2/3 health. Hope this helped.
edit: The lightning part is about their weakness. They have medium weakness to lightning and I believe they can be poisoned.

+1
I tried with hexes, they didn't seem weak to dark for sure, but I could still do enough damage. I'd say avoid dark against them, but I have yet to try something different.
After being killed a couple times, I changed my strategy.

Summoned both NPCs phantoms, got my Havel's shield, and tanked all attacks with it, whenever the tigers were focused on the NPCs I spammed magic, eventually I won while both NPCs were still alive. Felt like cheesing, but man, that area before the boss was quite hard with all the reindeers.

Plus the havels shield tank the reindeers quite well, and I didn't get headbutted 'coz I would always keep it up while walking in the snowstorm.

i found it super hard to get thereand kill them BUT the trick is, if you solo the boss and ahve at least 400 damage (if your a typical buffed weapon user then your way over that) you can kill the first cat before the second spaws. i did it with a +10 scimitar unbuffed.

just use summons to get to the fog and then have them kill themselves, that way the boss wont be beefed up. - when you have summons the boss gains double health and so it takes ages even with 3 people

pure physical damage, slash was best for me
Try it on ng++...
I haven't had a chance to test yet really...but it seems to me that Avaa is marginally less resistant to sorcery. CSS is definitely hitting harder than Forbidden sun, and dark orb does less damage...but that's to be expected...I haven't tried with resonant or w/e it's called. (I don't use it a lot)

Lightning is second worst though, barely even affects the first boss...

I assume that the other two will be similar.

I killed the tigers with a lvl 150 char in NG+ solo.
Used Magic infused weapons (because char is mage)
Burned down the health of the first tiger with a Magic Curved Dragon Greatsword with CMW buff (6 hits total) and killed the second one smoothly.
Took around ~5 tries.

I defeated this boss with the help of a hacker...in NG+7, i was at the fog gate and summoned a player. He turns out to be a hacker and oneshotted the two kittens. Never ever been so happy to meet a hacker in my entire life.
