Best PVE sorc/hex armor / weap / rings for most damage?

My class is Explorer but Im SL 220 so I have alot of points to spend.

If you want to go the cheesy way, infuse a Red Iron Twinblade or Santier's Spear and see how you melt bosses HP.

For exact values, get the minium requierments for any weapon you want to use and infuse it with either Dark or Magic. Get 30/30 in INT and FTH or get even 50-60 points in INT for Crystal Homing Soul Mass/Affinity and (Crystal) Soul Spear. Put the rest of your points into HP, Stamina, Attunment and ADP. Get atleast a Agility of 100 so you can dodge pretty much everything with the right timing. You don't need any points in VIT if you go with light armor. I'd suggest that you stay under 50% weight load if you can for that extra Stamina Regen boost. For rings I suggest Third Dragon Ring, Clear Bluestone Ring +2, and Chloranthy Ring +2. The last slot can be one of your choice. If you want to you can use the Abyssal Seal for that extra little of bonus DMG out of your Hex spells, just be carefull not to kill yourself or you look like an idiot.

edit: You can also use the Southern Ritual Band +2 for them extra Attument slots if you don't have enough.

I'm just about to head to Throne of Want on my Caster build, I'm using Staff of Wisdom +5 w/Faintstone infusion for sorceries. Sunset Staff +5 w/Darkstone infusion for hexs and I've got a +10 Witchtree Branch for hybrid needs. Not using miracles currently, probably won't since I already have a faith alt. Dragon Chime is the BiS for lightning pew pew.

Also, Darkflame Pyro Glove +10

Lion Mage cuffs
Chest and legs are fashion souls and don't matter (if you want to min/max you could just wear Lion's Mage armor for chest and legs too)

Rings (That I have/use):
Clear Bluestone Ring +2 (Skeleton Lords on NG+, or use ascetic)
Southern Ritual Band +2 (Scorpioness Najka on NG+, or use ascetic)
Third Dragon Ring
Life Ring +2

Other notable rings:
Northern Ritual band - Gives more casts but greatly reduces HP
King's Ring - Increases fire dmg
Sorcery Clutch Ring - Boosts magic dmg, lowers defense
Abyss Seal - Increases hex dmg
Lightning Clutch Ring - Increases lightning dmg

Major stats: 50 att, 50 Int, 30 fth. Everything else into Vigor - I wield no melee weapons. FYI, playing a caster is super ez-mode, like crazy easy. I'm around SL 130 I think.
