White skirt and high heels?

I have an idea for a Fashion Souls cosplay. I've seen some people use a white skirt with white high heels but I have no idea what's the name, where to find/buy it or if it's DLC only.

I checked the wiki over and over but there's no picture of it in the Armor Set page.

I'd be grateful for any info. You could also help by naming other white and blue gears. I already know about Archdrake gears from Amana. There's also Agdayne's Kilt which would fit nicely.

BTW, the cosplay I want to do is KOS-MOS from the Xenosaga serie.

Well, like I said, it's a KOS-MOS cosplay. I'd figure something out but it won't happen since I don't own the any DLCs.

Looks decent with the throne watcher's armor (different helm and gauntlets probably) and the butterfly set.

Agadayne's (sp?) Kilt is a nice white-ish, match it with some Heide Knight gear. The tassels make it look very cute.

I don't see how the flower skirt fits into that. Btw you don't need DLC, someone can just drop it for you. Try the trade forum, most people don't seem to use their flower skirts.
