Heavy Iron Key Help

Hello, I've purchased the Crown of the Iron King DLC.

Have entered the game and saw the Key popup saying it is in my inventory. I then entered the DLC area and the door will not open, upon looking in my inventory the heavy iron key is not there.

I've restarted steam, verified the integrity of the game cache and still no key is showing and I am unable to enter DLC. Have started the game with Iron King DLC unchecked and it would not load my save, the save is only accessable with the Iron King box checked.

I'm at my wits end is anybody able to help me solve this issue?

Maybe try reinstalling the game, I don't know what else could help.

I just ran into the same issue with the Scholar's edition...very frustrating

in scholar you don't automatically get the dlc keys
