So it seems the Champ Cov does not keep red phantoms from despawning.

Killed Catarina phantom in an attempt to get armor while in cov. As sad as it makes me he did not respawn, resting at a bonfire, warping, etc did nothing. All I wanted was early game access to my favorite armor set. Why From, why do you have to do this?

Just gonna go play the DLC's then I guess.

Strange, I heard the red phantom just before the last bonfire in iron keep respawns... maybe they forgot to include some?

Eh, unique red phantoms don't seem to respawn, this is probably to prevent twinking with agape ring. Also just tested with Roena, she as well did not respawn for me.

But that's an actual invasion, it's different. you don't get an invasion message for the catarina dude.

You can buy the DLC's to get the armor easily. THe DLC's are pretty fun and have some nice loot.

True, but he's still an npc if anything he fits more into the catagory of general mobs then Roena or any other scripted invasion. I just wanted to be a cute little onion, but I just opted out of the champions. It's just a let down ya know?

Does the Aurous armor dude respawn? This would not change much, but at least make the farming a tiny little bit more convenient.

Feel free to, I'm not in the mood to waste another BA, I just wanted to participate in some early co - op and help people get past areas they find difficult, like the Ruin trio. Got the agape ring, and a Great Club + 6 at 45.2k SM.

The only respawning Red Pahntom is the Madwarrior but it has only a chance to spawn, I needed in the past nearly 3 hours fo getting his whole armor + Berserk Blade

I think I might use the savegame backup abuse in order to farm Aurous set. This thing is ridiculous.

@senzemilia: you got it wrong. It's the new feature of CoC covenant that it prevents enemies from despawning. It's in today's patch notes.
