what to i infuse the zweihander with?

Just grab Toxic Mist if all you what to do is try to poison players (dark fog isent efective like it was) its just a waste of stats.

But the affinity is so op also. Plus climax is a 1 shot ogre kill. I cant ditch hexing.

Well im going for an op scrub lord build for now. Its my 1st playthrough and will be using a soul vessel soon to reset my stats and choose my favorite build (dont know what it is yet). Are their any other weapons you would recomend me to use, im open to anything.

dont ever use the crypt blacksword. the ONLY purpose of it is switching to it for backstabs/ripostes. youll never hit anyone with that ultra slow, ultra telegraphed weapon. smelter sword is pretty much the same situation.

if youre going ultra greatsword, the only REAL options are the greatsword and zwie. everything else is either completely outclasses on damage, completely outclassed in attack speed, has almost nothing but vertical attacks, or all 3.

You havent played this game have you? Ultras are only really good for pve or getting backstabed in pvp.

I don't know why people usually prefer infusing weps with Dark. I have a Fire infused zwei and with Fire Weapon Pyromancy that weapon is such badass. It kills most of people with 3 hits, also keep in mind that those horizontal two-handed swing stuns everytime. So if u really git gud and shot people with first hit, you will hit your enemy with second hit too.
Keep in mind that pyromancy requires no investigation.
The only disadvantage is its speed. Somethimes it is really hard to hit some rolling ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ casuals, but i am pretty sure havels +5 will help you.

i consider those to be the closest thing to indictments we have for DS2. i wear them with pride.

if i backstab you with my dark infused greatsword, using a leo ring, dark clutch ring, and dark weapon, ill do 1800-2300 damage. obviously if you have maxed dark resist, itll do about 500 less. butnobody runs around with that ♥♥♥♥ on.

Im a hexer so i dont need it that much.
