In new game+ you kill edit: Lost Sinner and you get Old Witch soul
Or you can do bone fire ascetic, so you do that stuff in New Game,

I am intrested in what that have to do with a brain, or with the game?
I am just disgusted to find that about.

It is aganist all the logics.

Old Witch Soul is from The Lost Sinner (NG+ or via Bonfire Ascetic in NG)...

I mean What if I want to have Dual Lost Sinner sword?
And I cant get it doing bonfire ascetic there, since it drop totaly diffrent soul?

It is like I have dual Smelter Demon Sword, imagine, that when I did ascetic there, he have had drop 2nd time No Logic Soul, that gives me some retarded Hex or No Logic Staff?

...Lost Sinner drops both, just the Old Witch Soul requires you to be in either NG+ or have used a Bonfire Ascetic at the proper bonfire.

The Lost Sinner is a female, read the tooltip on her soul:
"The Lost Sinner eternally punishes herself for the sins of her past."

Calm down.

You get both souls when you kill Lost Sinner on NG+, the Old Witch Soul doesn't replace the Lost Sinner soul.

Judging by your mental state, you probably already used your first Lost Sinner soul at some point, that's why you only had one in your inventory when you kill Lost Sinner on NG+.
