No problem with invasion. You shouldn't have either unless you've been a prolific invader or have killed NPCs ?
PLUS...if you want to avoid invasion, simply switch to offline mode in STEAM, and only re-activate it for boss fights.
Yeah I kind of did my own research instead of listening to other people. Ended up getting invaded a lot in PvP zones by level 150s... I was 300.
Easy win.
Exactly.
restricting yourself to a specific soul level when soul memory is in action feels like trying to use a bandaid to cover the gaping hole that used to hold your intestines
I'm pretty sure that with the exception of organized pvp leagues/tourneys/clubs etc. the SL roof is thrown out the window.
doing SM in NG and SL in NG+ would be nice though, on that note has anyone else noticed that the ease of leveling up in terms of amount of souls feels much much easier now? Like there seemed to be a point when it got considerably slower to level in DS 1? In DS2 even at like 200+ I seem to only need around 60000 souls to level up, I know its in part because of there being more necessesary stats VIT/ADP but still, I feel like I've just been rocketing upwards in SL constantly. Might be slowing down a bit now but I think its because I used my store of great hero's souls to roid out with some weapons testing 20,000 a pop, that's a donkey load of soul.
get naked bait his tail attacks and win. Its pretty easy though,
Though I liked the setting of DS1 better...
DS2 surely isn't crappy. And it's not dumbed down... If you put so many hours in DS1... Then ofcourse DS2 isn't hard... But knowing how to survive the game doesn't make the game bad in my opinion... Endless replayvalue for both games if you ask me... Still have to try Demon's Souls though....
Have you fought the Royal Rats Authority? It's Sif but with four mobs at the start and no sword.
