So I killed a Milfanito by accident

I killed the hurt Milfanito by accident, is there anyway i can still get the Manslayer katana? Does burning a bonfire astetic work?

No, you'll need to play a new playthrough for them to spawn. Plus... I dont think killing them denies access to the Shrine of Humanity (Amana), you just need to be hollowed.

No, it indeed denies, I tried entering while hollowed with milfanito near boss dead, but couldn't enter.

I am the Dragon Aerie with my second character, though I have to confess, I am kinda losing interest and don't play the game much.

You're very close to NG+, I suggest if you're getting bored, try killing some the dragons there (a bit of a challenge), some good items and resources.

if its still interesting... u can use an astetic in the bonfire right before the boss...so the milfanito will respawn... ur second chance :D
