Lucatiel of Mirrah bug?

Ok, here is what happend: I summoned some random guy on Iron Keep bride, we did kill all mobs in the area and proceed to kill Smelter Demon. Before fight I did summon Lucatiel because I want to finish her storyline and get achievement, we beat boss, Lucatiel survived with almost full hp. I went up to lit bonfire and rest, then I head back down to kill Pursuer, just for fun. After he died I killed monster right before this room and I did notice that I can summon Lucatiel again. Now everytime I rest at bonfire and go down there, I can summon her, there is fog gate but after I go through it nothing happends. Did I broke Lucatiel? :|
I made backup save right before going to Iron Keep, so if anyone can confirm that Lucatiel is broken I always can restore my backup.

That's definitely a bug of sorts.

You can summon Lucatiel 4 times and need her to survive 3 of the 4 boss fights for her to give you her outfit.

If this one is glitched, it won't matter as long as she survives the other fights.

Flexile Sentry: Her summon sign is found in the shortcut leading to the boss fight.

The Lost Sinner: Lucatiel's summon sign is located at the bottom of the elevator of Sinner's Rise.

Smelter Demon: The summon sign can be found in front of the fog gate of this boss.

The Rotten: Her summon sign is located at the second bonfire. Lone Hunter Schmidt can be summoned for this battle as well.

I've noticed that her summon sign re-appears, but she won't follow you into the Persuer fight. She will help you kill any remaining Ahone knights, but if you've gone the long way from the bonfire to that fog gate, there more than likely won't be any knights remaining.

She'll show up in her next location as intended tho (do make sure do exhaust all of her dialogue at Earthern Peak to have her show at the 4th location, I seem to always have to go back for her)

I've already done Flexile Sentry and The Lost Sinner with her and she survived, I also spoke to her at No-Man's Wharf, Lost Bastille and Earthern Peak. I'll stay with this save for now, If it will be somehow broken and I wont be able to get her stuff then I'll just restore old save and go through half of the game again :D

Nothing is broken and it's not a bug. You can see Lucatiel's summon sign until you kill Old iron king. After Old iron king is dead, every big summon sign will be hidden since there is no more bosses to co-op. The reason why the fog gate appears is that you can't take anyone to the boss battle area after the boss is dead. The fog should appear with player summons and behave the same way.
