Missing Rotunda Lockstone

So, I hate Licia. I kill her as soon as possible. This time around I remembered that back in DkS1 you could knock NPCs off cliffs, reload the game and their items would be safe and sound right in front of you. Not the case this time around, drops are gone. Anyone know if I'm still able to access Huntsman's Copse?

Edit: Issue is fixed. Had to rezone instead of reloading but the good news is you can throw her off the tower as soon as you see her and you're fine.

I have the same problem of not being able to get the rotunda lock stone. What do you mean by rezone?

when i killed her via cliff, the lockstone was located in heides where she originally kneels.

only item in the game ive seen do that

Originally I thought you have to use the bonfire to travel to a different location then come back. All you actually need to do is rest at the bonfire though.

The important thing is to actually REST at the bonfire. You need to let the animations (the fog being emited from the fire and your character sitting) finnish. If you just cancel away from a bonfire immediately it doesn't always seem to reload the zone properly. I've had the same thing in Majula when unlocking new armours from Maughlin.

I have the same problem except I didn't kill her. She fell off herself, no drop. I sat at the bonfire, reloaded the game, prayed to her tombstone, and even used a asectic. No drop. If I have to make a new game I'm just going to sell DKS2.

Well tecnically ur at the beggining so its not that much (yes being at heides its just the beggining forest of the giants is just the tutorial and the tutorial its a tour into caves)
