Soft cap is at 20. AGI stops growing at all at 38. So your "ideal" level would be somewhere between there.

20, after that it's not worth the points to put it into ADP versus another stat. Unless you want a really fast roll speed, in which case you may benefit from it being 30.

Personaly, I take as many ADP points as I need to get 100 agility. It seems to be an efficient stopping point.

This. It's not about ADP, it's about the amount of agility you have. 95-100 seems to be a good stopping point. Maybe 90 also.

At first I get it to 12, that should give you a roll decent enough to roll back at the end of an attack/block sequence to cancel part of their recovery time, pull back and recover stamina. Later on I try to get it to 24 to have a decent roll to actually evade attacks, but 20 may be enough.
