Bug with Mytha, The Baneful Queen

Well, the problem is that when i come through the fog, there is no boss on the arena. The health bar appears and the music plays, but there is no Mytha in the room, just as if she would be invisible. Can someone help?

P.S. Im on ng+, entered the arena with the gold phantom. Ive already relaunched steam and my game, but still Mytha does not appear. SOS.

Had that bug too once. She spawned when I tried a second time. Very strange... Sorry bro, can't help you :(

I'm having this same issue... I can't believe even after 1 year they still didn't fixed it

That's because NG+ it is supposed to be harder. Just kidding, did you phantom see her? Just let summons kill her if they can see her and move on I would say.

phantom can't see her :( they just use the black soapstone when they get impatient

NPC can't neither see her. They just stare at the wall and do nothing and ocassionally die from poison.
Tested on Jester Tomas. He also tried to Fireball her 1 or 2 times, but the Ball just hitted the wall and nothing at all.

I contacted Namco. here is their response:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting Bandai Namco Entertainment America's customer support department.

The only time we have received reports of this bug were from individuals who were using mods. We have not been able to recreate it on our retail systems.

Mytha, The Baneful Queen is not a required boss and can be skipped. As long as you have a Soul Memory of 1 million souls, you can pass through the Shrine of Winter automatically.
