Giant Lord bug

I killed the Giant Lord in NG and was supposed to get his soul and the Kinship ring, right?

WELL NOPE. After killing the Giant Lord, I went to exit by the dead giant past the fog gate but DIDN'T MAKE IT IN TIME. OOPS. After it kicked me out, I got oneshot by Navlaan. After that, I checked my inventory and I have no Giant Lord soul or the kinship ring. I did it again immediately after by using a Bonfire Ascetic and I still didn't get the soul or ring.

GG From my character is screwed over.

(Also, after killing the Giant Lord, the game DOES SAY I collected the soul and ring but I don't have it.)

Giant Lords Soul isn't the Giant's Soul if that's what you're confusing it with, it's similar to a big soul from something like the Lost Sinner. You get the Giant's Soul at the end of the map, with it's exit being a dead Giant that must be examined.

And the Kinship is a "Key" item. So look in your Key inventory.

I seriously do not have them. I know what a Great Soul looks like in comparison to the others.

No clue then.

Giant's Kinship -> In the Key inventory. (Once per playthrough)
Giant Lord Soul -> In your Items inventory. (Always)
Ring of Giants +2 -> In the Ring Inventory. (NG+/Bonfire acestic)

That's all I know and I bumped it once with a Bonfire Ascetic, and got all 3 (Except with Kinship since I already had one).
