Is there an official soul memory summon calculator?

It's just 25% above or below your curent soul memory..

so between 0.75 x CSM and 1.25 x CSM.

That calculator is not at all accurate. The ranges seem to be somewhat fixed. e.g. 0-50k can be a range, but so can 2 mil to 5 mil. It's not 25%.
