How to claim pre order bonus?

Every time I do a search I get an error message. So how do I claim the preorder bonus? Please help thx

I went there and that only shows digital extras of a stupid comic book and the music for the game. I purchased the game from Steam where it said "still time to get the preorder bonus' of all those weapons etc. This was just a few days before launch.

Also, usually when you purchase a game from steam it gives you all the codes for the puchase.
For Dark Souls 2 they give me no codes at all!!!
So I cannot even go to the Namco support site and complain because I have no proof of purchasing the game!

Damn, I should have tried for a pirated copy or something. This is a rip off I thinks.

you get them after you create your character at the start. No codes needed.

After you get done customizing your character at the old ladies house, you get those weapons.

Those ladies just talk a lot of nonsense which goes on and on and they gave me nothing. There also is nothing in the box upstairs of the old ladies.
I got the receipt from Paypal that I purchased the preorder game.
I cannot complain to their site they name as the place to contact i.e. email ausupport@ bandaigames etc etc because Daemon Mailer keeps knocking back the email.

This game is turning out to be more than a pain,. I paid more than $ 72 for this game and obviously the PC commands do not work as promised. lag as a caster is impossible.

Purchased PC version of Dark Souls 1 before only to find out you need a console to play it.

So this is the second time I got ripped off. Now I don't even get the preorder rewards.
Thought maybe I can make some progress if I had a special weapon but seems no such luck.

The preorder weapons are all but useless. A couple of them look nice tho.

There should have been an effigy in the chest upstairs in the house. All the weapons are in the game you can purchse them from a vendor later in the game.

You clearly bought the game it has an icon next to your name. The preorder junk automatically appears in your inventory, you dont download it, you just have to get past the very beginning.

Also, about pirating? GTFO

Btw I wouldn't upgrade any pre-order items due to a bug where the game will think you don't own them and taking the ones you already own/upgraded and giving you fresh ones next time you load your game.

Theres a method online to unlock them anyways. Just google or youtibe it. So technically anyone can get preorder weapons, not that they are any good. Seriously, they suck big time and you'll replace them almost right away if you planned on using them.

Edit: Also From Software knew the pre-order weapons were stupid. Everyone just look in the DLC folder in Dark Souls 2 and open the the .bin file in a notepad.
