Soul Vessel gender bender

Hello there.
I heard that using the Soul Vessel to restat would make you change your sex AND reset your apparence to the default one. Since I'm using a female character AND the advanced setting to change your apparence i'm quite worried. Was it fixed? I checked the wiki but found nothing sadly. Thanks in advance.

No, they just reset your Soul Level. It's the coffin that changes your gender.

It doesn't work like that. The Soul Vessel lets you respec your stats ONLY. There's a coffin in the tutorial area guarded by 2 hippo enemies that changes your sex (and you can use it as much as you want to switch back and forth) There is nothing in game, item or bug, that ever resets your appearance.

My english must be pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥ since I checked the patch note and nothing talked about that fixed.

I used 2 vessals during that patch period as a female character and was never turned male unless I got into the trick's coffin. I'm not saying it never happened, but it could have been a rare occurence seeing as how I never saw anyone mention it until now.

Will It revert me to my old advanced apparence settings? Can I do a save backup and try that if the worst happen? Still if it got fixed I won't have to, that's where i'm trying to get but i'm getting bullied hard.
