Average Soul Memory for Bosses?

I finished my first playthrough and now i wanted to start a full-coop sun-praising character. I laid down my summon sign in front of the Pursuer. I haven't been summoned for 10 minutes now and i wasn't seeing any summon signs when i was first going through. I have region-lock off and i'm not in the Covenant of Champions. My Soul Memory is 44842.

Can someone tell me the Average Soul Memory for Bosses for the Average Dark Souls 2 player?

There isn't such thing as "Average boss soul memory". If somebody co-ops a lot they'll have a lot more SM than a PvPer who goes through the game trying to gain as fewer souls as possible and clear everything fast, skipping mobs etc.

I've noticed that people usually summon sunbros at the bonfire early into the game because they're still having trouble with ordinary enemies.

The first bonfire at Heide (ruins bonfire) has been a great place to get summoned at 40-50k soul memory. Drop mark on the stairs -> summoned within a minute or two.

I died a lot more in my first playthrough and i saw multiple summon signs everywhere and got summoned almost immediately. But even with my 100k SM Character i wasn't able to be summoned this time.
