Xpadder config for PS3 controller or how to change the controller of the game?

I want to change the game control, because the joystick I used to play DS1 is configured wrong; the controls are much diferent. I want to know if someone had a config in xpadder (or joytokey) to DS2. Or if I can change the controls of game.
