Microstutter fix
Problem:

When running around and moving the camera slowy, the game stutter very slighty, every second you get a very tiny hitch.
It's barely noticable, but it started to anoy me after a while.

Solution:

I used rivatuner statistics server, to cap the FPS to 60.
Although vsync already caps my FPS to 60, some game have problems like these and sometimes you need to cap the FPS externally.

I hope this helps anyone else having the same problem.

System:
intel 2600k 4.0ghz
680 GTX
16GB RAM, SSD, on windows 8.1

yeah it's really a tiny stutter, barely noticable, i think most people probably wouldn't even see it.

I also get this stutter. For me if I use EVGA Precision X, it shows up as the FPS moving between 58/59 and 59.9/60. It does not seem to stutter when playing in Windowed mode.

Setting 60fps cap in riva tuner also fixes the oscillation for me. Thanks for the tip! Very awesome. Will have to keep this in mind for other games that have issues like this :).

I have fairly similar specifications to OP. i7-4770k, 770GTX, 16GB RAM, SSD, win8.1.

This can also be fixed by going to the Nvidia Control Panel and changing the Maximum Prerendered Frames to 1 for Dark Souls II.
