Repair Weapons

Hi guys, i started playing DS2 today, i'm in Manjula and have a broken staff, how do i repare broken weapons?

If it's fully broken, try to get your hands on a repair powder, and from there, I know on ImmortalHD's playthrough, you repair it normally for free when you rest at a bonfire. Besides that idk...

There's a Blacksmith in Majula, if he's still locked out of his hut, you may have to progress through the next area with other tools until you can obtain the key so he can get back to his tools.

Durability on items refreshes when you die, or return to a bonfire, and can be partially replenished with Repair Powder or the "Repair" Sorcery. Fully broken pieces of equipment, however, must be repaired by a Blacksmith for a certain sum of souls.

Thx guys for help, but i'm F******, unfortunately my weapon is fully broken and i don't have the key to open blacksmith. I have to go to the path beside bonfire to take the key? I'm lost and don't have weapon to kill no one.
