Is there really a screamer on this game?

From the thread just now I heard there was a screamer in the game and now the thread is locked. Is it true that it checks cpu? Can any devs confirm or deny this I honestly dont care if pirate know theres a screamer im just scared that it'll activate on me for no reason.

I think the moderator that closed and deleted the last thread about this, also forced totalbiscuit to 'private' the video.

There is a huge lack of information on google about it, but since it's the internet, it's inevitable that people would find out.

There there is a chance that it's a elaborate hoax, but searching anti-piracy on dark souls showed that From Software added a AP function in their last game with black phantoms.

either thats a screamer or the devs want to hide that they put an anti piracy screamer in the game. I havent found really any videos on it so its probably fake but I just want the devs clearance.
