Looks like i got softban... but i dont use cheats or etc. I still can invade(but really rare) and i cant see any sign for summon. (i'm in sun covenant and i dont hollow)Namco pls fix it.

We want to use this post as a placeholder to give you updates on any outstanding issues players may be having with the game. We also wanted to share with you the best way to get in touch with our support team.

Reports of some previously VAC banned players are unable to play online in Dark Souls II

  • FromSoftware will be temporarily disabling VAC support for Dark Souls II on May 8th at 11:00PM Pacific Time to work on optimal functionality. If you have not been able to log on to the game servers because of this issue, please try to log on after the denoted time. Thanks!

Dark Souls II does not recognize or take input from my controller
  • If you are experiencing this problem, try the following:
    "Open up Device Manager and under Human Interface Devices, right click and disable all HID-compliant game controllers, and if you have a G13 disable the Logitch G13 Joystick. Restart the game and it should work.
    You may also need to disable any virtual HID-compliant game controllers as well." Thank you Megabound for the post.
  • If you continue to experience this issue, please get in touch with our support team and let them know what controller you are trying to use. We'll do our best to assist you from there.
  • We will continue to update this space with more information on this issue.

I do not know where my pre-order bonuses are

have you not yet update the game???? I dont have gamepad and when I shall start play and read on gravestone press bla bla for dash... what shall I press for dash with mouse??

anyway bad soundeffect and animation is game :S
I get a white screen and the a crash at start up

Look up controls for keyboard, btw their bad controls, and the other part is just a complaint about the game, so it's not for support.

I'm presenting an issue while engaging in cooperative game. I'm doing no damage whatsoever, even with different weapons, while summoned in another player's world. Thank you in advance for your cooperation (I expect I'm posting in the right place this kind of problem).

are players still soft banned who go ban few months ago ? or they have unban them ? bcoz after getting banned i never played DS 2 again. so after this new patch which is coming in next month i want to play ds2 again :) so i want to if my account is still ban or not ? or how can i get my account un ban ? thx

Hey man, it seems I have been unbanned. I also didn't expect that actually so it might be possible there is a time limit or they just reset everything for the banned people from back then.

I'm still not 100% sure but I can connect to friends who aren't banned now again which I couldn't some time ago. I also got an email by Namco in which they stated that I definitely was banned.

So you might be unbanned already.

Been softbanned i assume, used CE to edit weapons on startup for a challenge run while steam was online like a pro, now no summons which sucks.
do they last forever or will i eventually be able to get strangers to carry me again

how long u were banned and when u find out that you are not ban any more? i m ban since august and still ban as i load my old save file which i have my builds.. so u load old save files or made new builds? i try making new save files with new builds but still i cant see signs of the users who r not ban.
