I already tried to lower the settings, reinstall the graphic drivers(also with a clean install), I also completely format my hard drive so I'm sure it was clean of any malware. None of these worked and the only thing i discovered is that if I play offline there's no stutter at all. Apparently seems to be a connection problem, but I'm sure after a couple of speedtests that my connection works fine. Maybe there're some problems with their server? If anyone has the same problem please answer, together we might find a solution.
Anywhere my pc components are these(even if I have 200 hours that state that it's not an hardware matter):
CPU: Intel Core i7 Q740 @1.73 GHz;
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 460M with 1.5 GB;
RAM: 8 GB;
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate(had problem also in the Home Premium version);
HD: 500 GB(almost empty);
If it's a network related something, the latest drivers for your NIC not from your notebook manufacturer but from the device manufacturer are often a solution to many issues (Intel, Realtek and so on).
Furthermore, since it seems yill now your is a semi-dedicated rig to DS2 I would hint you to try the 340.43 beta[www.geforce.com] drivers as often people tends to believe that "beta" means something like "buggy", "not reliable", "incomplete" or the like while it's usually not the case.
Nertwork Interface Card, sometimes an usually still working driver simply doesn't get along some change in game executable while the latest *may*, I said *may*, have more compatibility.
Windows Update drivers usually sucks.
Is your OS 32 or 64 ?
Thanks for the time you're spending for me, I appreciate it!

Get the 10.0.0.285 (first in the list, not the .INF but -->click for download<--), make a System Restore point and try:
http://www.atheros.cz/atheros-wireless-download.php?chipset=37&system=6
You have to unpack the zip somewhere, open device management, find the correct device and click: update drivers-->search on this computer--> browse for the folder and so on...
P.S.do it at your own risk since if the driver shouldn't work as expected you'll have to rely on yourself, a driver restore and maybe even a System Restore, though...
That's sad news.
On a clean system with a clean install of everything all you can miss at this point could be just the complete DX9 set which is not installed by default on 7, but Steam should install it along the game. I'm currently out of options. I will think over it as soon as I have some spare time.
Dude, he already said that playing offline the game doesn't stutters.
@Jack take your time dude, no problem, in fact waiting is what I actually was going to do XD
