Toms Hardware -gpu hierarchy charts is usually a good reference, but there's no mention of your card to my knowledge.
You could join their forums and ask your question there - those guys are really knowledgeable.
For reference the 5870 (the min requirment) has a passmark score of 2.610 , two of your cards can only pull about 700 so you can expect a single would get around 300 to 400.

That site does not tell you if you can run something or how well, its simply lets you know if you meet the min requirments which anybody can easily tell on their own. I really wish people would stop using that crap as its no more useful than downloadmoreram.com
