there is also a convenent that make them spawn again. Pve convenent make all ennemies stronger.

My only beef with it is that it makes it possible to miss out on rare drops from common enemies that you might need, especially if you're trying to complete a set.

You can burn an ascetic and it respawns all enemies in the area tied to that bonfire, but it also cranks them up in difficulty.

This is a dumb argument. If the stop spawning go to a new area to farm. PROBLEM SOLVED. Plus this doesn't mean it totally breaks the game. There are other changes you should cry over than simple enemies despawning.

it does not take 15 kills for them to stop respawning. if you farm the place 15 times then yes.

It's not so much the souls. It's more trying to farm drops,at least for me. I got to an area and ound a mob that drops large titanite shards,tried to farm them and only got a couple before they despawned. At least there is the coventant though.

the only reason why i think they did this was to prevent grinding issues, However it dos seem kinda like a joke over-all.

Yeah this is the reason why i think they kinda stop it, I dunno why they bother NOT allowing spawns, can we get drops to upgrade our ♥♥♥♥ or are we just kinda forced with our item choices?

Guess magic will be OP for a different reason in DS2

That's not necessarily true. At some point the enemies become a mere annoyance that I just ignore them anyway. As for the higher level areas, I don't think I cleared them more than 10 times. This honestly doesn't change anything.

Some assumptions: you can burn like a pumpkin item on the bonfire to respawn the enemies (Bonfire Ascetic - Toss into a bonfire to raise the strenght of nearby foes. Only for those who seek greater challenges). If there are no more enemies, it will spawn and make them harder to kill. Use it on the zone you want. Assumptions though.
