Could be one of those sites that buy Russian CD keys. They work on Steam, but I thought there was something in Steams ToS about buying those type of keys and getting banned.

Oh sry i mean €. Its my first time that i bought a game there and its a preorder so i dont know but some peopel got ♥♥♥♥♥♥ like they didnt get it or get it after days and some not. Hm i´m worry about it.

It's stupid to pre-order from a key seller when we still don't know for sure if the game will be region locked or not.

There is no guarantee. I bought Thief on one of those sites and it didn't come with the bank heist mission.
