Anyone knows the maximum possible HP?
Because i just ran on someone on the Arena with around 4000 HP and that sounds like a bit TOO much...

3006 at SL838 with TDR and LR+2.

Maximum is something like 2605. Too lazy to look up the exact number.

That is, without any bonuses or multiplyers.

Backstab, after backstab, after backstab, and the HP bar wasn't even at the half.

What you were backstabbing with? A mundane dagger backstab deals around 600-700 to full Havel's. Swords, katanas and such would deal around 200.
Drakekeeper's Sword +10 with Dark Weapon.
600 damage.

Vigor increases HP.
Each other stat increases HP, but by less than Vigor.
A few armor piece also increases HP, mostly pieces which gives you increased stats, due to that it gives more hp.
3 Rings also increases HP, it's said to be a percentage amount.
These rings are:
"Third Dragon Ring" aka TDR.
"Life Ring +2" aka LR2.
"Blue Seal" aka BS.

To have the highest amount of health possible one need to have 99 in every stat, and wear all 3 rings including the armor pieces that increase stats. But if it's possible to pass the 99 mark, I am not sure of. I never tested.

Did you actually see the number? Could it be that he was regenerating HP? He could have chomped on an elizabeth mushroom. Those stack, btw.

It took aroud 9 backstabs for him to use LIfegems.
And then chug estus.
I dunno
At one point his HP bar was high, and there was around 1400 dmg on the screen (zweihanders are good at their job)

I think if you reach 1400 resistance, you have 100% magic immunity. Not sure though.. but I recall someone tested that on reddit... been a long time ago.. not sure

Res flesh that increases health, and numbness that reduces damage.
