Locked door Near Cardinal Tower?

There is a foor near cardinal tower, It's been locked for 2 Games now, And I still don't have the key, How do I unlock this damn thing?
(It's the one in the room with the pharo's contraption past the ballista trap)

not sure about the key part, but the door talked about in this post isn't destroyable. like a couple people mentioned already, just swat the door with an attack. the guys on the other side will open it to come and try to bash your skull in for knocking on their door interrupting whatever it was they were doing in that tiny room with a box and 3-4 men.

Just hit the door with your weapon and make the soldiers inside open the door, its the only way to do it
