Ok so i killed him, and the dragon rider, but fter i killed the dragon slay there was a man and 2 chests. I walked out the right way opened the chests, then i talked to the man and he said, im not the one he wants, am i supposed to do something specif or what

You need a Token of Fidelity in your inventory, which you can get by successfully helping another player by placing down your White Soapstone sign and getting summoned.

Just put down a sign with your large white soapstone, get summoned, help the person who summons you complete what it is they're doing. Just put a sign down by the gate at the Dragonrider.

You used the small soapstone, need to use the large one you get from Pate in Forest of Fallen Giants.

Go outside through this hole and then to the left. There will be a ladder down. Then you will see a gate in a distance. Pate sits near it. Talk to him and then go through the gate. The gate will close behind you. Kill some mobs, go forward and you will eventually make it out. Talk to Pate again until he gives you the soapstone.
