Duke's Dear Freya ng+...possible spoilers

I'm wondering can it be killed at the legde after the boulders in ng+? If yes, would I get anything other than the great souls?

She, after getting her HP lowered to 40~% will escape.
At the fight though, she will have her HP at 75% instead.

This is likely wrong. It contradicts both what I have read on wikis and my personal experiences.

Freya will stay for 30-40 seconds and is killable. She does not get any health back when you fight her again.

not exactly proof, but both the fextralife and wikia dark souls 2 wiki pages list her as kill-able during this encounter.

I only got her down to half health before she ran away when during my ng+ playthrough. She did not have any health back when I fought here again in the boss room.

There's no reason she isn't killable. It's just another Persuer all over again.
