What carries over to ng+ ?
What do i lose and what do i keep

i know i loose all keys like the ashen mist heart, fang key and so on, but do i keep for example the boss souls, the feather i get from the levelup lady, upgrade material ...

everything you mentioned you get to keep that you thought you could. You lose fragrant branches. I would advise you to waste the feather on naavlan's assasination quest thing as I thought you would be able to get 2 in NG+. I assume your only allowed to have 1 feather at a given time as it does indeed carry over to NG+ but when i tried to get another one from the Herald in Dragon Eyrie, she gave me nothing

You keep boss souls and the Aged Feather. You loose Fragrant Branches of Yore since they unlock different areas. The Key to the Embedded is also gone. The Dull Ember is gone aswell. That is about all I can think of off the top of my head.

You don't loose anything when you show Naavlan that you assasinated that person.

i already finished the quest ^^ you keep the stuff you need for this quest

BTW do i keep my covenant or at least the items i got from the dragon remnant +3 ? i dont care on the thing at all but i like the dragontransform and the sword

You lose all items in the "key" section, fragrant branches, King's Ring and Crushed Eye Orb (not the Blue or Red Orbs). And also that keyblade you get by defeating the Demon of Song. I don't get why since it's not really important to the story :x

you get a ring if you use the key to the embedded ^^

You also get the pleasure of shoving a sword into some guys face.

You keep all covenant items and ranks. You can't get the items more than once.

Yeah but that ring is not a key item, it's not even useful either...

You can keep everything you got from covenants. Your covenant level also carries over. Though you won't be able to give scales to Magerold until you get the egg back from the Dragon Shrine (unless you didn't give it to him in NG and kept it in your inventory, you can give it to him right away).

The Ring keeps your human appearence o: i mean, no ugly hairs anymore :D

I prefer using an Effigy instead of wasting a ring slot :p
Anyway it's a funny item but the keyblade also is... Unless removing it has something to do with freeing the Milfanito, but I don't get how she could be important to the story either :/

she gives you the ring ^-^ but the weapon is removed on ng+ anyway
