other than Manscorpion Tark the only thing I ever hear with that ring on including the Ancient Dragon is "I won't move"
That's the primary effect of the ring - to alert when there are enemies nearby. The secondary effect is letting you talk with Tark.
Well, he is killable.... So it's likely it'll 'activate' on him. I believe it does this with Tark too.
There isnt anything unkillable in the game
Vengarl Head, The Queen (not in Nashandra form) and the Chancellor.
Shalquoir as well I believe.
