any S scaling chime for faith/lighting ???

Dragon Chime. Requires 50 faith to equip. Get it by eithing maxing out abyss covenant or killing emperor palpatine.

If you FTH is rather low right now you could try Bishop Chime, it has S scaling at +10. The Dragon Chime however is rather the top of the line for Lightning Infuse as it has both highest stat + scaling and casting speed.

You could also use Nashandra's soul and grab the Chime of Want infuse it with lightning and get A scaling if you like to have two chimes equiped atleast until your next playthrough.

Generally stick with Priest's Chime (super easy to upgrade, only 18 FTH, found rather early and has very high stat for Lightning I think like 2nd or 3rd place overall) until Dragon Chime (need 15 Twinkling Titanite and 50 FTH but generally the superior brother to Priest's Chime). Chime of Want is more for Hex and stuff.
