Accidentally used this on his hammer, but I want to get all the miracles for the achievement.
Does he drop his soul again if one uses a bonfire ascetic?

Yes. That is one of the main uses of the Bonfire Ascetics; farming boss souls.

For miracles achievment you need go for ng++ anyway. And if you use ascetic now, you get Velstadt +3 in ng+.

Bountiful Sunlight and Wrath of the Gods. But its possible to obtain this miracles in NG by defeating 150 and 500 Sinners.

If you want all the achievement youll have to spend hundreds of hours PvPing and WINNING, or just go to NG++

Not really. The most players are bad or mediocre at PvP.

Regardless of how easy invasions may be 500 wins is very very time consuming, i'd say almost definitely more so than rushing to ng++.

And don't forget the chaos fireball (NG++ or BOB rank 3 only), ranking up in the brotherhood of blood is much harder because every match lost costs you a rank point.

I really hate that mechanic because with the cracked eye orb need that is already a cut throat no fun arena and that just multiplies it.
