Fire resist armor?

Whats the highest fire resist armor and will it let you walk on the lava stones?

as far i seen it, surviving these rocks can be a gamble, but idk i think smelter probally got the highest fire res and well other alternative would be Allone knight armor pref Captain

Just use flash sweat pyro + flame quartz ring and roll into water urns. I was able to get all of the items taking a minimal amount of damage. To answer your question, I'm pretty sure its smelter demon set and black dragon set.

you can also roll into the water pots, use the pyromancy flash sweat, flame quartz ring plus the allone knight armor. if you want to be sure, you can also pop some lifegems. you will barely take damage by doing this.

i managed to get the chaos firestorm plus the fireseed by using two pieces of the allone knight armor, the helm and the gloves, both of them weren't upgraded, the sinner skirt and some random torso that I can't remember... maybe the pyromancer one (tattered robe I guess) I rolled into the water pots, used flash sweat and popped an elizabeth... it was still quite chaotic since I tried that in a very low SL, but it's possible.

and if that's still not enough, you can get an Orange Burr and use it before going onto the fire. Found from your local pyromancy trainer!... or was it the mage?

Smelter Demon armor or Alonne sets.

However to actually survive the lava rocks you'll need even more fire resist: Flash Sweat/GMB/Orange Burr, the Flamestone Ring, and dowsing yourself in water (either from a pharros mechanism or a water jug)

pc anybody? or are previous posts console experience?

wearing some alonne armor using flame swathe and water for about 550 fire res i was burning pretty good (aprx. half life in about 2 seconds, 20 vgr)

Dispelling Ring can also help.
